Basketball Shooting Drill & Training Exercise for Coaches & Trainers
One of my personal life passions has been basketball. I love the mix of cardio, creativity, commitment and basic mechanics. Basketball players benefit from basic basketball shooting drills - and Handmaster Plus provides one of the best in developing the proper musculature for the shooting hand and shooting angle. Because the basketball is a large sphere, the finger and thumb extensor muscles - the stabilizer muscles of grip strength - must be strengthen specifically through full ranges of motion (ROM). The result is great basketball hands. Traditional grip only hand exercises make no sense for basketball players. Basketball coaches and trainers must understand hand muscle balance in order to coach proper exercise and training drills for shooting and ball handling.
