Volleyball Passing Drill Helped by Proper Hand Exercise
Volleyball players more than nearly any sport are prone to finger and thumb sprains and strains and must prepare their hands properly and conveniently. Like any other athlete, volleyball players have many training focuses (cardio, vertical, speed, etc.) so the hands often go overlooked. Other training methods are bulky (rice box exercises), poor range of motion (spring loaded or coiled items, elastic bands), or inefficient (squeeze balls).
